Prospective Whitley Crossings residents are subject to credit and criminal background checks, must meet federal income guidelines, and qualify according to our Tenant Selection Plan.

Qualified residents pay between 30 and 60 percent of their income for rent and must be income-eligible according to their household size and combined gross income.
